Service-based organisations - a better way
Functional organisations tend to be the default, but cause significant problems in a changing market.
Yesterday was the 2019 edition of map camp, and Simon had kindly asked me to give a talk. After the talk a few people asked if it would be posted online, and given that it was recorded I’m sure it will, given the fullness of time.
In the meantime, however, I’ve made the prose available as a google doc for those of you who would prefer the written word!
